How will the community be transformed as a result of this grant?\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Hahahaha, that\u2019s a good one! This grant is for $5,000! And people say funders don\u2019t have a sense of humor! 5K will allow us to pay for six weeks of rent, which means we can stay open, and who knows what awesome stuff we\u2019ll accomplish during those six weeks, am I right? Please add three zeroes if you really want to see transformation.<\/em><\/p>\n

Read it, have a laugh – and, seriously, think about how you could say some of these things diplomatically in a funding application. Because it needs to be said.<\/p>\n
